This is crazy and the way they have been presenting this sounds like it's for the economy and to protect small businesses. In truth it is because businesses have been concerned about reopening before the trouble has dissipated. Larry Kudlow was calling it protecting from what He calls "frivolous" lawsuits from people becoming sick or losing their life from an unsafe workplace. The truth should be plain for the commoners to see and they should be aware they are losing their rights to sue their employers or establishments who have created an unsafe atmosphere. Kudlow said it is the only way to make sure the economy can open strong by granting protections for corporations for when people become sick. Many businesses have been known to prevent their employees from wearing masks or taking precautions and even threatened them with repercussions and that was before the threat was as advanced as it is now. I think this is an attempt to take fundamental rights to address injustices in court and I assume the motivation is to protect their personal corporations from reprisal. Kudlow said in one of these clips "someone needs to protect the businesses" someone needs to protect the people but instead they are removing that possibility. Something tells me people will go for it and we won't get a say. They willingly find out once it's too late. The entire response has been focused on bailouts for corporations, legal protections for corporations, the PPP fund was emptied by the large corporations and banks. If someone would think about the people we probably would have the issues we do today. Recently Fox has been dealing with some suggesting they should be sued for injury and I suggest this may also be protection for them do to the day of reckoning approaching.
