Reports are coming from up and down the east coast that the skies were heavily sprayed the day before the storm. Most who videotaped it were skywatchers with years of filming various aerosol anamolies and geoengineering , aka"chemtrails", being sprayed overhead in the skies. (the gov says they haven't yet started "testing" yet, but ironically, all the ingredients they say they would use have been found in 1000s of tests or air, water, and soil! Coincidences everywhere eh?)

These filmers noticed the spraying was very extreme the day before Sandy, down the whole east coast from Maine, into Florida. It obviously did nothing to weaken the storm, or steer/guide it away from populated areas.

Notice the blue sky peeking through various aerosol trails? It appears they used a variety of aerosol types, some are very thick, some thin, some linger for many hours, others only minutes. Also some are more concentrated.
Obviously this storm was engineered. Whether or not they can "make a storm" from scratch by manipulating the natural jet streams in the upper ionosphere or even troposphere is up for debate, but many researchers believe they do have this ability. These include 100s of scientists, meteorologists, ex military, and ex NASA officials.

What isn't up for debate at all is we know by documented facts and admissions that they have the technology to weaken or strengthen hurricanes and have had this tech for 16 years at the very least. (See 1996 'ecoterrorism' quote by Clinton defense sec. William Cohen) Why didnt they use this known weather modification technology to weaken and steer Hurricane Sandy away? Why is FEMA purposefully allowing people to freeze and starve?. It's hard to believe, but most who've paid attention notice that FEMA seems to be more suited to continuing the chaos. Remember during Katrina FEMA was caught cutting communication lines of the New Orleans Police?

Obviously FEMA didn't want to help anyone.
